As I was on the bus getting frantic to get home early… I had this feeling of peacefulness amidst the sound of bus engine and south super highway traffic. Today is the day… I said to myself… Today should be special… for a music person like me… it should be… The realization of my one-year debacle with the longingness to have an unimaginable, too good to be true, impossible mp3 player, techies called IPOD NANO.
Yes… this is all about my IPOD NANO. As shallow as you may seem I am… there’s nothing wrong with giving this little wonder the most special treatment from the music amateur like me… 1.5 ounces, 3.5×1.6×0.27 inches, with 14 hours battery life and packed with 4GB of music… what more could I want for the whole year?
I looked at my latest mp3 player… 256MB, red in color and bulky… all of which Ipod Nano isn’t… My feeling of peacefulness became anticipation as well as sadness… My little red music player has stood by me through thick and thin… giving me music all the time… specially when I am groggy with coffee and tons of work should be done… I touched my old player with reverence and gratitude… I felt like crying…
The Ipod Nano I have should give me more music… should give me more fun with all its features… like photos, calendar, contacts even games… but its endurance remains to be proved…
